Heat insulation strip rolling wheel

Heat insulation strip rolling wheel, one main spare part of rolling forming machine, for thermal break aluminum profile produciton machine. Stock and fast delivery. 

Before rolling process, the heat insulation strip is not feeded into aluminum profiles tightly, so use rolling forming machine to roll it tightly, the rolling pressure can reach to 1000 kg.

Rolling platen (six sets) in the rolling forming machine, equipped with stable and reliable driving unit, frequency stepless speed regulation, to keep each rolling wheel work stably. Six groups rolling wheel can regulate the opening separately (The width of thermal barrier from 12mm-80mm can be adjusted). Also the whole group can regulate it. Equipped with digital display. Simple operation, convenient and fast.
