Aluminum profile polishing wheel

White cotton wheel, it is main spare parts of aluminum profile polishing machine.

Folded cotton wheel (V shape wheel) is folded manually to V shape and stapled to fixed to the center ring. It has good heat dissipation, suitable for buffing metal, like aluminum etc.

Materials can be made：Cotton, polyester fiber, poplin,synthetic fiber and velvet

Can be chemical treated：Milling force of the product will be greatly enhanced after chemical treatment, can replace the sisal wheel, endurance will be around 3 times longer, adsorb-ability will be enhanced accordingly as well. 30% of polishing wax can be saved.

The size from 8”-24” are available.
