The high-speed teeth maker makes teeth at the notches of aluminum alloy profiles where thermal barrier strips are inserted, which greatly increases shearing force of aluminum profiles. Use the machine for knurling and feeding strip at one aluminum profile, after that, use the same machine knurling and feeding strip at another aluminum profile, then two pieces of aluminum profiles just connected with each other by polyamide strip

Teeth forming is the first process of thermal break aluminum profile production, the next process will be thermal barrier strip feeding and the last process will be rolling forming machine, thermal break aluminum profile can be produced.
